City Broadband Exchange is a pilot project in the exploitation of broadband by city and regional stakeholders. The project addresses this topic directly through knowledge transfer and the development of tangible broadband demonstration projects in each region.
This highlights the future use and opportunities presented by the fact that broadband communications infrastructure is creating new capacities in urban areas.
